In the summer of 2025, I worked as an intern for the Digital Production Team at the Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS). During this time, I worked on  various projects, including illustration, motion design, on set filming, video editing, data entry, and digital asset organization. Below, I’ve highlighted some of the design projects I worked on.

Concept art created as part of the pitch materials for the What It Means to Be Minnesotan video. The first concept centered on the Northern Star and Minnesota’s natural landscapes as symbols of connection, the second explored the theme through the lens of postage stamps and the third focused on site specific locations that are part of MNHS. These illustrations were presented by the Digital Production Team to the MNHS Board of Trustees and CEO to help determine the creative direction of the video.
I created a four minute attract display screen video for the Julia Child Cookbook Exhibition, editing over 100 cookbook covers and their corresponding recipes for the exhibit.

Motion graphic I created for a video on the Jeffers Petroglyphs,7,000 year old landmark made by the Dakota people in southern Minnesota.
I animated illustrator Allison Horner’s pages from The Naming of Aki children’s book for an MNHS Story Time promotional video. These six clips are part of thirteen that will later be combined with the author’s voiceover.
